Drumming Session Work Services – Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Deposit
   • A 50% non-transferable deposit is required to secure the event date and time.
   • The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
   • The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the performance, payable on-site.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will receive a partial refund of the deposit, less 10% of the total agreed job price, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
   • Final payment is due immediately after the performance is completed.
   • If full payment is not made on-site, the Client agrees to remit payment within 24 hours of the event.
4. Completion of Services
   • Once the performance has been completed as agreed, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
   • The Client agrees to provide a safe and suitable performance space.
   • The Client is responsible for ensuring any necessary permissions, venue approvals, or noise restrictions are addressed prior to the event.
6. Force Majeure
   • In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, emergency, illness), both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, deposit terms will be discussed in good faith.
7. Agreement
   • By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Drum Lessons – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
   • Lessons must be booked in advance.
   • Payment is due at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
   • Lessons are not considered confirmed until both parties agree on the scheduled time.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
   • If a lesson is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, no payment is required.
   • If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the student does not attend the scheduled lesson, a 50% “good faith” payment of the full lesson fee will be required.
3. Late Arrivals
   • If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
   • Full payment is still required for the scheduled lesson time.
4. Instructor Cancellation
   • If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, as much notice as possible will be given, and the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. Completion of Lesson
   • Once a lesson has been delivered, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the lesson has taken place.

   • By booking a lesson, the student (or parent/guardian, if applicable) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditio
